Follow the soldiers helping people clean up mud after floods in Nghe An

At deeply flooded and isolated areas, soldiers and militia of Military Region 4 stayed in the area day and night, continuing to help people move their belongings, clean up the environment, rebuild houses, repair schools and civil works.

On July 29, in the communes of Con Cuong, Muong Xen, and Tuong Duong - the areas most heavily affected in Nghe An after the circulation of storm No. 3, officers and soldiers of Regiment 764 (Nghe An Provincial Military Command) made efforts to help people overcome the consequences of floods.
