Updated information from the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, the weather in the central area of Hanoi this morning is favorable, low possibility of rain, cool weather, temperature ranges from 26 to 30 degrees Celsius.
In the early morning, the sky was cloudy with a low cloud ceiling, which could affect visibility for low-altitude flights around the event area. “The probability of rain in the morning is only under 20% and if it does happen, it will be light and stop quickly, not affecting the main activities,” said the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting.


Many meteorologists also predict that this morning, some places may have showers but the center of Hanoi will have almost no rain, the weather will be cool with light sunshine, suitable for the parade and marching activities at Ba Dinh Square.
The rain trend has also decreased significantly compared to previous days, contributing to creating more stable weather conditions for the entire program. By noon and early afternoon, the sun tends to be more intense, interspersed with periods of short showers and light rain.
That same evening, Hanoi's inner city area is forecast to be dry, creating favorable conditions for people to participate in festival activities and watch the fireworks display.
Today, Da Nang and the Central region will have intermittent showers and sunshine, with temperatures ranging from 24 to 33 degrees Celsius. For the Central Highlands and the South, there will be showers in the afternoon and evening, with some heavy rain in some places. The temperature in the Central Highlands will range from 20 to 31 degrees Celsius and in the South it will be 24 to 33 degrees Celsius. This morning, the weather will be favorable for the whole country to enjoy the country's great holiday.
