Specifically:

As for Hanoi weather , August 31, hot and sunny, showers and thunderstorms in the evening and at night, temperature 26-34 degrees; from September 1-3, sunny during the day, no rain at night, hot and stuffy; temperature 27-35 degrees.

In addition, the meteorological agency also forecasts a number of tourist destinations across the country such as Sa Pa (Lao Cai), Ha Long City (Quang Ninh), Hue City (Thua Thien Hue), Nha Trang (Khanh Hoa), Da Lat (Lam Dong),...

In particular, Sa Pa has sunny days, showers and thunderstorms in the late afternoon and at night; on August 31, the probability of rain is 75%; from September 1-3, the rain will gradually decrease with a probability of less than 50%. The weather in the area is cool, even chilly at night with the lowest temperature of 17-19 degrees; the highest temperature of 22-24 degrees.

Ha Long City area, sunny during the day, no rain at night; only on September 1st, there will be showers and thunderstorms in the morning. From August 31st to September 1st, the probability of rain is 75%, from September 2nd to 3rd, it will decrease to below 50%. The lowest temperature these days is 24-26 degrees, the highest is 31-33 degrees.

Hue and Da Nang cities share the same weather pattern: sunny during the day, localized thunderstorms in the evening; 70-75% chance of rain and southwest wind level 2-3. Lowest temperature 25-27 degrees, highest 33-35 degrees.

Also affected by the southwest wind level 2-3, Quy Nhon (Binh Dinh), Nha Trang, Da Lat, Ho Chi Minh City and Can Tho have intermittent sunny days, showers and thunderstorms in the afternoon and evening with a 70-80% chance of rain, especially Ho Chi Minh City and Can Tho with 80-90%. The temperature in these areas fluctuates at the lowest 26-28 degrees and the highest 31-35 degrees; in Da Lat it is 17-19 degrees and 25-27 degrees.

The meteorological agency warns that areas with thunderstorms are at risk of tornadoes, lightning and strong gusts of wind.

During the National Day holiday on September 2, the weather in Ho Chi Minh City is likely to have sudden heavy rain from noon to evening; the highest temperature is 33 degrees.
