According to the plan, the distribution of free tickets to the public will start from 9am on August 29. However, from the night of August 28, hundreds of people flocked to the Opera House, waiting in long lines to own tickets to attend this special art program.

Deputy Minister Ta Quang Dong personally inspected, discussed with the authorities, the Organizing Committee and encouraged people while waiting. At the same time, he acknowledged the public's sense of order and self-awareness when patiently lining up all night.

Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Ta Quang Dong expressed his emotion at the audience's warm affection for the concert organized by the Ministry.

The Deputy Minister said that the response and expectation of the people is the motivation for the Organizing Committee to make more efforts: "We must make sure that the ticket distribution takes place quickly and safely, and especially try to bring a really good program, worthy of the audience's affection.

Through that, we hope that the next events will continue to receive support and spread from the public to the country's major events," the Deputy Minister emphasized, adding that the enthusiasm of the people when participating in the political art program is very important. This shows a positive change in the need for enjoyment, affirming that political art can arouse patriotism, solidarity and the will to rise of the nation.

“Through musical imagery and staging, the program is not only art but also a means to strongly convey the message of patriotism, spreading national pride to a wide audience,” Deputy Minister Ta Quang Dong emphasized.

The concert “80 Years of Journey of Independence – Freedom – Happiness” organized by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism will take place at 8:00 p.m. on September 1, 2025 at My Dinh National Stadium, expected to attract tens of thousands of spectators.

The event is one of the key art programs celebrating the 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution and National Day September 2.
