On the morning of January 28, before working with localities on the progress of the implementation of the 500kV line 3 project, Comrade Pham Minh Chinh, Politburo member, Prime Minister of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, visited and offered flowers and incense at the President Ho Chi Minh Memorial Cultural Site (Thanh Hoa City).

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and other central and Thanh Hoa provincial leaders laid wreaths and offered incense to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh at the President Ho Chi Minh Memorial Cultural Site (Thanh Hoa City).

Also offering flowers and incense to President Ho Chi Minh were comrade Tran Hong Ha, member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Prime Minister; representatives of leaders of central ministries, branches, and the Government Office .
