On the morning of February 9, during a working visit to Quang Ngai province, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and his delegation offered incense to commemorate the late Prime Minister Pham Van Dong at the memorial site in Tan Duc commune, Mo Duc district, Quang Ngai province.
Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and the delegation offered flowers and incense, respectfully commemorating the late Prime Minister Pham Van Dong - a talented and prestigious leader, a great cultural figure of the country and an excellent diplomat of the Party, State and revolution of Vietnam.
According to Quang Ngai province information, the late Prime Minister Pham Van Dong was born on March 1, 1906, in a Confucian family in Cay Gao hamlet, Thi Pho Nhat village, now Duc Tan commune, Mo Duc district, Quang Ngai province. The late Prime Minister Pham Van Dong was not only a talented and prestigious leader, a great cultural figure of the country, but also an excellent diplomat of the Party, State and Vietnamese revolution; respected and admired by international friends and was "one of the most outstanding and influential figures in Vietnam in the 20th century".
During his 41 years as a member of the Party Central Committee, 35 years as a member of the Politburo, and more than 30 years as Prime Minister, the late Prime Minister Pham Van Dong was an outstanding political and cultural theorist, rich in practical experience, with strategic vision, always dynamic thinking, always sympathetic to the people, sensitive, and understanding of the aspirations of his compatriots.
Late Prime Minister Pham Van Dong made many great contributions in planning, understanding and directing the implementation of the Vietnamese Revolution's policies. Late Prime Minister Pham Van Dong was also an excellent student, researcher and practitioner of Ho Chi Minh's ideology and morality.
Reviewing the images and memorabilia of the life and career of the late Prime Minister Pham Van Dong, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh was moved to write in the guestbook: “I admire and am proud of the revolutionary life of the late Prime Minister Pham Van Dong, an excellent student of the great President Ho Chi Minh. Following the example of the late Prime Minister Pham Van Dong, we must unite, join hands and work together to build the country in a new era of wealth, civilization, prosperity, and prosperity, where the people are increasingly well-off and happy!”
On this occasion, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and his delegation planted a memorial tree at the Memorial Site of the late Prime Minister Pham Van Dong.
