Major General Phung Ngoc Son, Deputy Chief of Staff and Chief of Staff of the General Department of Logistics and Technology, Deputy Head of Subcommittee A80 of the Ministry of National Defense, directed the training. Also attending was Major General Nguyen Que Lam, Director of the Department of Motorcycles and Transport.

The practical training aims to help officers and drivers master the maneuver routes; unify command and operation work to ensure technical safety of vehicles and armored vehicles from the stationing position to the deployment position for comprehensive training, preliminary review, general rehearsal, and official duty on A80 in Ba Dinh. At the same time, check the entire traffic system on the route (width, height, load capacity...).

Training subjects include officers, drivers; military and police vehicles; and technical support vehicles.

Training content includes: training in logistics and technical support; unifying command, operation, coordination, and ensuring force mobility.

According to the plan, the military artillery forces will move from their stationed positions to the F1 Racetrack, the Command Center and move along the parade route; then move back to their stationed positions.

The artillery forces finished their formation, completed preparations at National Military Training Center 4 and began maneuvering at 20:30.

At 0:30 on August 6, the mobile units passed through Ba Dinh Square. The mobile force was organized into formations, including: the first unit was tracked vehicles, armored vehicles, and artillery; the second unit was wheeled artillery; the third unit was special police vehicles, moving in a single-file formation.

Training is expected to predict situations such as: vehicles having technical problems on the road; traffic jams; traffic safety incidents during the maneuver..., from which there are plans to handle the above situations.

At about 4:00 a.m. on August 6, the vehicles arrived at the National Military Training Center 4. The training process ensured safety in all aspects.

Previously, from the evening of August 3 to the early morning of August 4, the General Department of Logistics and Engineering (Ministry of National Defense) also organized practical training on driving mobile forces, weapons, and technical equipment to comprehensively train forces performing parades and marching tasks at Ba Dinh Square./.
