Export tax on DAP and NPK fertilizers will be reduced to 0% to promptly remove difficulties for domestic production and business enterprises.

According to Decree 26/2023/ND-CP recently signed by the Prime Minister , starting from July 15, export tax on DAP and NPK fertilizers will be 0% to promptly remove difficulties for domestic production and business enterprises; encourage enterprises to continue investing, innovating technology, reducing product costs to increase competitiveness.

In addition, Decree 26/2023/ND-CP also amends and supplements export tax rates and preferential import tax rates for a number of unprocessed items such as copper pipes, charcoal, tin, zinc, etc. based on the principle of applying higher export tax rates to items that cannot be produced domestically or do not meet demand.
