According to the report at the conference, the Party Committee of Corps 20 and Corps 16 basically did a good job of preparing for the Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term in terms of documents, personnel plans and Congress organization plans in accordance with the direction of the Central Military Commission Standing Committee and the guidance of the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army.

Concluding the conference, Senior Lieutenant General Vo Minh Luong acknowledged the results of the preparations for the 2025-2030 term Congress of the Party Committee of the 20th Corps and the Party Committee of the 16th Corps. Senior Lieutenant General Vo Minh Luong requested the Party Committee of the 20th Corps and the Party Committee of the 16th Corps to seriously absorb the comments and promptly edit and supplement to improve the quality of the draft documents submitted to the congress. Based on the assessment of the results of the implementation of the resolutions and directives of the Central Committee, the Central Military Commission, the Ministry of National Defense , the Party Committee of the 20th Corps and the Party Committee of the 16th Corps continue to specify the goals, tasks, and solutions to ensure that they are suitable to the conditions, actual situation, and requirements of the Corps' tasks in the coming time.

Accordingly, the Party Committee of Corps 20 focused on clarifying further solutions to coordinate with relevant agencies and units in supporting and protecting fishermen going offshore, developing production, contributing to affirming sovereignty over seas and islands; results of digital transformation; strategies to attract and utilize high-quality human resources in the unit with training, fostering, and scientific and technological research, to improve the quality of the team of cadres applying science and technology in the Corps' activities.

The Party Committee of the 16th Corps concretizes solutions and measures to comprehensively lead and direct all aspects of work; focuses on closely combining economic and social development with ensuring national defense and security, consolidating and building the all-people national defense posture, the people's security posture, maintaining political stability and social order and safety in the area; builds a roadmap, models, and effective methods to create jobs, support localities to help people eliminate hunger, reduce poverty, develop the socio-economy in line with reality and human resources in the area; proactively coordinates surveys, planning, and investment in building the socio-economic infrastructure system.
