The TV bridge “Under the Victory Flag” is a large-scale program, with a production crew of about 500 people and the participation of about 1,000 professional and non-professional actors performing directly at 5 locations. The content at the 5 locations will piece together a panoramic picture of the Dien Bien Phu Victory, each place is a living witness, each location is put together into a heroic epic, each piece has an important meaning. Thereby, conveying the message that the Dien Bien Phu Victory is a common feat of the entire nation, fueled by the desire for independence and freedom of a nation.
With a duration of 120 minutes, the television show will take the audience back to the heroic years with unforgettable memories of a time of bombs and bullets. Experience the present against the backdrop of the past, reminiscences of historical witnesses, newly arranged songs that have accompanied the years... blend into an epic that leads the audience from one level of emotion to another.
Appreciating the efforts of the staff and actors, comrade Nguyen Trong Nghia, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Propaganda Department, Permanent Deputy Head of the Central Steering Committee also gave comments on adjusting the time of the character interviews; adding subtitles to the interviews; adjusting the content of the previous generation's messages to the younger generation; concise narration, avoiding duplication; the MC needs to express the narration in a thoughtful and emotional way... Incorporating the comments of the Head of the Central Propaganda Department, the program's production team focused on drawing experience, discussing, and agreeing on a number of contents that needed to be adjusted for the program to be officially broadcast live.
