According to the People's Committee of Hai Duong City, from 0:00 on October 17 to October 18, 2024, Hai Duong City will ban vehicles transporting loose materials and construction waste from operating on urban roads.

The above work is to ensure security, order and traffic safety to serve activities during the celebration of the 220th anniversary of the founding of Thanh Dong (1804-2024) and the 70th anniversary of the liberation of Hai Duong city (October 30, 1954 - October 30, 2024).

On the occasion of the 220th anniversary of Thanh Dong's founding and the 70th anniversary of the city's liberation, Hai Duong City will organize many cultural and artistic activities.

This week, Bach Dang walking street and night market (Hai Duong city) will operate for 4 evenings, from October 17 to 20.

On October 14, Hai Duong City announced a ban on all vehicles on some routes from 5:00 p.m. to midnight from October 17 to 20.
