Banning cars from crossing Binh Trieu 1 bridge, drivers confused during rush hour
On the afternoon of August 26, authorities began banning cars from passing through Binh Trieu 1 Bridge, from Xo Viet Nghe Tinh Street - National Highway 13 to Pham Van Dong Street.
