The Department of Education and Training of Ho Chi Minh City requires leaders of educational units to direct the stabilization of learning order immediately after the opening ceremony, organize activities at the beginning of the school year appropriate to the age and actual conditions of the school. In particular, focus on building school culture, ensuring school security and safety. Schools need to strengthen coordination with parents to create consensus, support the Department of Education and Training of Ho Chi Minh City to complete the tasks of the school year.

In addition, review and ensure facilities and equipment for teaching and learning according to the requirements of the 2018 General Education Program; ensure the campus, landscape, and educational environment are "green, clean, beautiful, safe, healthy, and friendly"; pay attention to toilets and the prevention of accidents, injuries, and school violence.

The Department of Education and Training requires leaders of educational units to direct the stabilization of learning order immediately after the opening ceremony.

Schools need to organize widespread and transparent communication about student/class size, study time, school year plan and education program; propagate and disseminate regulations and rules on testing and assessment.

In addition, review and complete regulations, rules, student rules and information made public on the school's electronic information portal; update the latest regulations on disease prevention.

Regarding financial and facilities management, strictly implement regulations on financial revenue and expenditure management, and publicize revenue and expenditure from the beginning of the school year.

Schools need to support students from poor, near-poor, and disadvantaged households; ensure that there is no shortage of textbooks. It is strictly forbidden to force students to make or buy uniforms; schools only specify uniform designs so that students' families can equip and purchase them themselves, avoiding waste.

Schools develop school education plans at the same time as reviewing and evaluating the results of implementing the unit's proposed educational development strategy; carrying out quality assurance activities, evaluating and inspecting educational quality according to regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training.
