Awarding 16 prizes for the "Political Contest on Protecting the Party's Ideological Foundation"

On the morning of August 1, the Provincial Political School held the Award Ceremony for the "Third Political Essay Competition on Protecting the Party's Ideological Foundation, 2023" (referred to as the competition).

After nearly 5 months of implementing the contest, by June 12, 2023, the Provincial Political School had received a total of 91 entries for the contest, including 33 entries from officials of the Political School; 58 entries from students of intermediate political classes in the province.

The authors received consolation prizes.

According to the jury's assessment, the contest has high professional quality with many works deeply expressing the Party's character and fighting spirit, following the motto of closely combining "building" and "fighting", "using beauty to eliminate ugliness". The entries closely follow emerging issues in theory and practice of protecting the Party's ideological foundation, fighting against current erroneous and hostile views. Among them, there are many works that clearly demonstrate - fighting spirit, topicality, mentioning new issues in carrying out the task of fighting against erroneous and hostile views to protect the Party's ideological foundation. The works are invested in both content and form, expressing sharp political thinking, topicality and the author's enthusiasm and responsibility for the Party building work and the cause of protecting the Party's ideological foundation.

At the end of the contest, the Jury decided to award 16 prizes to the authors, including: 1 first prize, 2 second prizes, 3 third prizes and 10 consolation prizes. Author Huynh Thi Ai Hau - Party Cell of the Provincial Political School excellently won the first prize of the contest. From the above results, the Party Committee of the Political School selected 8 articles by students of intermediate political theory classes and 33 articles by party members and officials of the school to submit to the "Third Political Essay Contest on Protecting the Party's Ideological Foundation, 2023" organized by the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics.

This is one of the very important political activities in the work of building and protecting the Party's ideological foundation. The contest is a meaningful activity contributing to the effective implementation of Resolution No. 35-NQ/TW, dated October 22, 2018 of the 12th Politburo on "Strengthening the work of protecting the Party's ideological foundation, fighting against erroneous and hostile views in the new situation".
