Awarding decisions to appoint leaders of departments and teams under the Ministry Office

On the morning of March 14, at the Headquarters of the Ministry of Home Affairs , the Ceremony of awarding the Decisions on appointment of leaders of Departments and Teams under the Ministry's Office took place.

Comrade Vu Xuan Han, Party Secretary and Chief of Office of the Ministry attended and chaired the ceremony.

Attending the ceremony were Deputy Chiefs of the Ministry's Office: Dang Duc Thuan, Bui Huy Tung, Doan Duc Hao, Tran Thi Thai; Comrade Pham Dinh Loc, Deputy Head of the Department of Organization and Personnel and representatives of civil servants and employees of the Departments and Teams of the Ministry's Office.

At the ceremony, comrade Le Thi Thu Huong, Head of the Office Administration - Management Department of the Ministry, announced the Decisions of the Ministry of Home Affairs' Leaders to appoint 29 leaders of the Departments and Teams under the Office of the Ministry, including: Accounting - Finance, General Affairs - Secretary, Emulation - Reward and Communication, Documents, Archives and Administrative Procedure Control, Administration - Management, Guest House for Meritorious People in Hanoi , Guest House for Meritorious People in Ho Chi Minh City, Security Team and Vehicle Team.

Speaking at the assignment of tasks to the leaders of the Departments and Teams under the Ministry's Office, comrade Vu Xuan Han, Party Secretary, Chief of Office congratulated the comrades who were trusted by the Ministry's leaders to hold management positions in the Departments and Teams. Emphasizing the functions and tasks of the Office in the coming time in advising, synthesizing and serving the activities, directing and directing the Minister, the Ministry's leaders and the Ministry and the Home Affairs sector, comrade Vu Xuan Han expected and believed that the newly appointed leaders will make efforts with the collective of the Departments, Teams and the entire Office to implement the action motto of the Ministry of Home Affairs in 2025 " Solidarity, Discipline, Efficiency and Effectiveness ". successfully completed the tasks assigned by the Ministry's leaders, contributing with the Ministry and the Home Affairs sector to achieve many achievements, towards celebrating the country's major holidays, especially the 80th anniversary of the State Organization Sector's Traditional Day (August 28, 1945 - August 28, 2025).

On behalf of the newly appointed Department-level leaders, comrade Do Van Phong, Head of the Department of Emulation - Rewards and Communications, respectfully thanked Minister Pham Thi Thanh Tra and the leaders of the Ministry for their trust and appointment of the comrades to key leadership positions of the Departments and Teams under the Ministry's Office and affirmed that they will work together to build a collective of solidarity, unity, effort, creativity, and overcome all difficulties to successfully complete the tasks assigned by the leaders of the Ministry and the leaders of the Office.
