Over 380 delegates were trained in judicial work after administrative unit rearrangement.

On the morning of July 15, the Department of Justice organized a training conference on judicial work after the implementation of administrative unit rearrangement in Tuyen Quang province in 2025. The conference was organized online connecting to 124 commune and ward bridge points in the province.

Delegates attended the Conference directly at the Department of Justice.

Attending the conference were over 380 delegates representing leaders of the Department of Justice, leaders of communes and wards in charge of judicial work; civil servants working in judicial work at communes and wards; civil servants in charge of administrative reform, digital transformation, receiving and handling administrative procedures...

At the conference, delegates were trained in professional skills on law-making, inspection and enforcement at the commune level; guided on the implementation of a number of key tasks in grassroots mediation work according to Decree 120/2025/ND-CP dated June 11, 2025 of the Government on the delimitation of authority of 2-level local authorities in the field of state management of the Ministry of Justice ; guided on the implementation of a number of tasks in the dissemination and education of law according to Document No. 1866/BTP-PLHSHC dated April 9, 2025 of the Ministry of Justice; skills in applying information technology to digital transformation in the field of Justice when implementing the 2-level local government model; trained in professional skills in receiving and processing administrative procedures in the field of civil status in the electronic environment when implementing the 2-level local government model.

The training conference aims to ensure continuity and effectiveness in the implementation of judicial work after the reorganization of administrative units, and to promptly organize the implementation of judicial tasks in accordance with the direction of the Central Government and legal regulations on the organization of 2-level local governments. Thereby, contributing to maintaining smooth judicial activities, in accordance with the new organizational model, meeting the requirements of socio -economic development and state management in the province.
