In the four discussion sessions, the delegates demonstrated their academic depth and spread a clear spirit: ready to commit, ready to take responsibility for the country's major problems, regarding green transformation, energy security, food security, advanced technology and innovative startups.
Delegates proposed a growth model, associated with economic restructuring, promoting rapid and sustainable growth; planning and solutions for effective and synchronous use of local, regional and national planning; promoting the role of young intellectuals in building an advanced Vietnamese culture, imbued with national identity, proactively and actively integrating internationally; improving disease prevention and control capacity, associated with innovation in the healthcare system... especially solutions on renewable energy and sustainable technology products associated with environmental protection, responding to climate change in the current development trend.
In his closing speech at the forum, Secretary of the Central Youth Union Nguyen Tuong Lam emphasized that young intellectuals are a strategic force in the journey of building the country's future. Accompanying young intellectuals is not a formal movement activity, but a long-term political task of the Central Youth Union.
The Central Youth Union will build a structure large enough to gather Vietnamese intellectual resources around the world and a mechanism deep enough to receive policy proposals, technological initiatives, and innovative models from talented, dedicated, and ambitious young people.
The Central Youth Union is also ready to be a bridge to convey the opinions and aspirations of young Vietnamese intellectuals to Party and State agencies, businesses, schools and institutes to remove bottlenecks and create a supportive ecosystem for young intellectuals to express themselves, be challenged, and be trusted with tasks.
Products published after the forum include: a report on recommendations from the global community of young Vietnamese intellectuals; a report recording mechanisms and recommendations to promote the role of young Vietnamese intellectuals globally in the period 2025 - 2030, with a vision to 2045; a database of young Vietnamese intellectuals globally; and forum proceedings.
The Forum also launched the Executive Board of the Global Network of Young Vietnamese Intellectuals, term 2025-2027.
