20-day peak deployment to complete digitization of civil status data

Implementing the direction of the Prime Minister and the Working Group implementing Project 06 of the Government on urgently completing the digitization of civil status data, today, February 20, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Tri province Hoang Nam signed and issued a plan to implement a peak period of 20 days and nights to complete the digitization of civil status data in Quang Tri province.

Accordingly, the implementation period is from March 1 to March 20, 2025. The organization assigns specific targets and completion roadmaps to each unit and locality at all levels in implementing each task content serving the digitization of civil status data, ensuring "clear work, clear people, clear time, clear results, clear responsibilities". Requires 100% of civil status data in the province to be digitized.

Assign the Justice Department and the People's Committee at the commune level to preside over the collection and classification of household registration books that need to be digitized. Collect, review, count, and classify household registration books that need to be digitized each year, to be completed before February 25, 2025. Scan household registration books and name data files according to each book and each year. The process of digitizing household registration data is carried out according to technical documents guided by the Ministry of Justice , to be completed before March 20, 2025. Digitize household registration books on the historical household registration software of the Ministry of Justice (hoticlichsu.moj.gov.vn).

Enter all civil status data registered in original civil status books kept at civil status registration agencies in the province into the historical civil status software; attach scanned files, review, edit, and supplement data on the historical civil status software of the Ministry of Justice, to be completed before March 20, 2025.

The implementation of the plan aims to mobilize the active participation of all levels and sectors, determined to complete the digitization of civil status data in Quang Tri province, meet the requirements and tasks of digitizing civil status data, building an electronic civil status database, and registering civil status online according to regulations.

Thereby contributing to creating data for the national electronic civil status database, ensuring unified implementation, interconnection, data sharing between civil status registration and management agencies, synchronizing basic personal information with the national population database and other specialized databases.
