Launching the photo contest "Hai Phong Police"

The theme of the Artistic Photography Contest " Hai Phong Police - Serving the people, for the peace of the city" aims to reflect the working and fighting activities of the Hai Phong Police force; typical and advanced examples in the Campaign "Building the style of the People's Public Security force with courage, humanity, serving the people", associated with emulation movements in the entire force.

The Organizing Committee encourages works that depict the noble and humane images and gestures of police officers and soldiers. The contest is an opportunity for professional photographers and people from all walks of life to express multi-dimensional perspectives, vividly reflecting the image of Hai Phong police officers and soldiers who are united, intelligent, brave, self-reliant, and self-reliant, overcoming all difficulties and hardships, and dedicating themselves to the country and serving the people.

The contest is open to journalists, professional and amateur photographers, and Vietnamese citizens nationwide. The entries are single photos, photo series, color and black and white photos that can be processed and color adjusted but must truly reflect the content, taken from July 2021 to July 9, 2024 and have not received awards in competitions, festivals or other similar forms.

The time for receiving works is from the date of launching the Contest until July 9, 2024. Authors send photo files directly via USB to the Propaganda, Press, and Publishing Department - Propaganda Department of Hai Phong City Party Committee (128 Lach Tray Street, Ngo Quyen District, Hai Phong City) or via gmail address: cuocthianhconganhaiphong@gmail.com.

Also on this occasion, Hai Phong City Police summarized and awarded prizes for the Writing Contest "Hai Phong City Police implement Resolution 12 of the Politburo on building a regular, elite, and modern force" in 2023 on the Hai Phong Security Topic of CAND Newspaper.

Accordingly, out of nearly 200 entries from the Police of units and localities under the Hai Phong City Police, the Organizing Committee selected and awarded 11 works of the highest quality.
