Mobile sketch exhibition "Memories of the battlefield in Zone V"

DNO - This morning (July 16), at the Monument of Heroic Vietnamese Mothers (Quang Phu ward), a mobile sketch exhibition with the theme "Memories of the battlefield in Zone V" officially opened.

This is an activity within the framework of events commemorating the 78th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2025). The exhibition is organized by the Da Nang Fine Arts Museum in coordination with the Quang Nam Monuments and Museum Management Board.

Within the framework of the exhibition, 78 sketches of martyrs, painter Ha Xuan Phong, late painter Nguyen Duc Hanh and a number of painters who fought in the battlefield of Zone V were introduced to the public.

The sketches contain memories and images of the fiery wartime on the battlefield of Zone V. Through each stroke, viewers can feel the heroic, indomitable fighting spirit and the fierceness of each battle...

Besides introducing works of art of historical and artistic value, the exhibition also creates opportunities for viewers to approach and learn more about the visual arts in sketching.

The event was held simultaneously at the Da Nang Fine Arts Museum (Hai Chau Ward) from July 11 to August 10, introducing 60 original sketches by martyrs, painter Ha Xuan Phong, late painter Nguyen Duc Hanh and a number of painters who fought in the battlefield of Zone V.

The exhibition at the Monument to Heroic Vietnamese Mothers is expected to last until August 10.
