Summoned 3 people who blocked a truck and beat the driver on the Noi Bai - Lao Cai highway

Previously on June 22, a clip was circulated on social networks recording the scene of a truck driver being assaulted on the Noi Bai - Lao Cai highway.

According to the image, the passenger bus with Lao Cai province license plate continuously crossed into the opposite lane, swerved, and cut in front of the truck to overtake and block it. The highway section the passenger bus overtook had two lanes, with solid lines, prohibiting overtaking.

After passing the truck, the passenger bus stopped across the road, blocking most of the highway lane. Three men got out of the bus, one of them holding a stick-like object about 1 meter long.

The man then climbed into the truck cabin with a stick-like object and repeatedly hit the truck driver. Although the driver tried to back away, he was repeatedly dragged out.

After receiving the report, Team 1 of the Traffic Police Department took action. Initially, the authorities determined that the incident occurred at around 9:23 a.m. on June 22 at Km216, Noi Bai - Lao Cai Expressway (Bao Yen District, Lao Cai Province). The passenger bus in the incident, with license plate 24B-009.19, blocked the truck with license plate 24C-051.xx on the lane heading towards Lao Cai - Hanoi .
