National Youth Union Congress Logo Design Contest: Must be a symbol and source of inspiration for the youth

The chosen logo will not only serve the congress's propaganda work but also become a symbol and source of inspiration for young people in the 2026-2031 term.

On September 29, in Hanoi , a press conference was held to introduce the Logo Design Contest for the 13th National Congress of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, term 2026-2031.

Speaking at the program, Tien Phong Newspaper Editor-in-Chief Phung Cong Suong said that this contest was launched widely, not only among union members and youth but also extended to all Vietnamese citizens at home and abroad, as well as international friends living, studying and working in Vietnam.

That affirms the spirit of openness, receptiveness, and encouragement of creativity from all classes, to find a symbol worthy of the 13th Congress of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union - a symbol of the aspirations of Vietnamese youth.

The logo has the purpose and requirement of widespread propaganda among cadres, union members, youth and people of all walks of life at home and abroad about the important political event of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union and Vietnamese youth; attracting the attention and ability to design, create art, and communication products of a large number of artists, designers, people working in the fields of art, creativity, graphic design... people of all walks of life respond and participate to create propaganda products, visual products with high ideological and artistic value, with the power to move, spread, have profound content, praising the good traditions, achievements, and contributions of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union and generations of Vietnamese youth.

The theme and content must closely follow and reflect the theme and spirit of the 13th National Congress of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, specifically: Demonstrating the stature and significance of the National Congress of the Youth Union; emphasizing the spirit of "Pioneering - Solidarity - Courage - Breakthrough - Development" of Vietnamese youth in the revolutionary cause of the nation; clearly demonstrating and depicting the determination of the youth of the whole country to join hands and unite to successfully implement the country's development goals until 2030, with a vision to 2045; demonstrating the goals and tasks of the Youth Union and Vietnamese youth in the coming time; demonstrating the history of formation and development of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union; demonstrating the attention of the Party, State, all levels and sectors; the feelings and expectations of children and people for the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union.

Speaking at the program, Secretary of the Central Youth Union - Chairman of the Central Council of Young Pioneers Nguyen Pham Duy Trang emphasized that the 13th Congress of the Youth Union is a political event marking a new development stage of Vietnamese youth.

According to the Secretary of the Central Youth Union, the chosen logo will not only serve the propaganda work of the congress but also become a symbol and inspiration for young people in the 2026-2031 term. Ms. Nguyen Pham Duy Trang called for the enthusiastic participation of professional and non-professional artists and designers, along with a large number of union members and young people across the country and expressed her belief that the contest will be a great success, contributing to spreading the meaning and spirit of the congress to young people across the country.

Contest entries must use images and details: Official badge of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union; number of Congresses held in Roman numerals (13th); Congress term (2026 - 2031).

Entries must be accompanied by a brief, concise explanation of the meaning and main content of the work.

Contest entries can be submitted directly or via email (both are equally valid). Direct submissions must be placed in a large, sealed envelope, and the work must be accompanied by a CD or USB, and sent to the Contest Organizing Committee.
