Kien Hai Special Zone was established on the basis of 4 old commune-level administrative units (Hon Tre, Lai Son, An Son, Nam Du), with more than 23 large and small islands. The total number of cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers after the arrangement is 381 people. Non-professional commune and hamlet workers and those working directly in hamlets are 119 people. The Public Administration Service Center received 98/100 files through online public services, reaching 98%; 2 files directly, accounting for 2%. The total number of files resolved is 81/100 files, reaching 81%. Of which, the number of files resolved and returned results correctly and before the deadline is 75/81 files, reaching 92.59%.
