Hai Duong Provincial Political School enrolls students in training class for senior civil servants

The class is expected to open in April 2025 with a concentrated learning format at the Provincial Political School with 100 students.

Trainees are civil servants holding senior specialist ranks and equivalent, officials holding first-class professional titles for job positions in administrative, synthesis, office management, personnel organization, planning, and finance departments; other job positions not holding professional titles and not working in public service units that do not have a certificate of training program for senior specialist ranks or do not have a certificate of training program for senior specialist ranks.

Civil servants in the senior specialist rank and equivalent, officials holding professional titles of grade II for job positions in administrative, synthesis, office management, personnel organization, planning, finance and other job positions not holding professional titles and not working in the profession of public service units have a certificate of completion of the senior specialist training program.

Cadres, civil servants and public employees who have been appointed to the senior specialist position and equivalent before June 30, 2022.

Civil servants and public employees holding leadership and management positions and those planned by competent authorities for leadership and management positions that, according to regulations on state management qualifications standards, must have a training certificate.

Time to receive application documents to join the class is from February 17 to March 28, send to the Department of Training Management and Scientific Research, Hai Duong Provincial Political School (No. 3 Hoang Hoa Tham Street, Nguyen Trai Ward, Hai Duong City).
