Over the past 5 years, the female officers and members of the Training Department have always been deeply aware of their assigned duties and responsibilities; actively participated in the movements of the association; 100% of the officers and members have received political education, professional training and propaganda and education contents organized by the school and the agency.

100% of cadres and members registered to carry out the Campaign to practice the moral qualities of "Confidence - Self-respect - Loyalty - Responsibility" and practice the criteria for building a "Four Good" woman (good health, good qualities, good expertise, building a good family).

The Executive Committee of the Association has proactively developed plans and mobilized cadres and members to build families according to the standards of "Equality, progress, happiness, civilization"; 100% of cadres and members' families achieved the "5 no, 3 clean" and "Cultural family"...

In the 2025-2030 term, the congress identified two breakthroughs: Promoting digital transformation in the work of the Association and emulation movements, accompanying women to improve digital capacity, serving well the tasks of education and training; improving the quality of female cadres to meet the requirements of tasks in the new period; improving the quality of women's movements and women's work, successfully completing the criteria for building women in the Army in the new period "Intelligence, courage, discipline, humanity".

The Congress discussed and contributed opinions to documents of women's congresses at all levels; elected the Executive Committee of the Women's Union of the Training Department for the 2025-2030 term in accordance with procedures and processes with a high number of votes of confidence.

After the congress, the school's Political Department organized a review of experiences, pointing out advantages and limitations so that agencies and units could continue to successfully organize the Women's Congress in the coming time.
