The dialogue has brought practical results.
According to Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union Tran Thi Thu, this is the third consecutive year that the dialogue program between the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and the youth has been organized. After previous dialogue sessions, relevant departments, branches, sectors and units have actively implemented many solutions to resolve the recommendations and proposals of the youth; proactively integrated the work of resolving recommendations and proposals with the implementation of the agency's tasks; actively coordinated and created conditions for the youth union at all levels to effectively carry out activities.
Based on the youth's proposals at the previous dialogue session, the Provincial People's Committee has recently allocated 3 billion VND from the local budget entrusted through the Social Policy Bank to support rural youth and demobilized youth to borrow capital to start a business. The Provincial People's Committee has also issued 2 projects on crime prevention, social evils among teenagers and youth, and career counseling and entrepreneurship associated with the province's socio-economic development driving projects.

“The above evidence has partly confirmed the effectiveness of the dialogue sessions between the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and the youth. Not only contributing to promptly resolving practical problems, the dialogue sessions also promote the interest and participation of the entire political system in caring for and nurturing the young generation,” affirmed Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union Tran Thi Thu.
To promote the above-mentioned encouraging results, in recent times, the Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee has made efforts to innovate and improve the effectiveness of dialogue programs. From 2024, it is expected that each year, the program will focus on a certain group of youth and discuss in depth an issue or field of interest.
Along with that, the Youth Union at all levels has been paying more attention to receiving opinions from union members and youth. Hot issues that have direct impacts and are of interest to union members and youth will be prioritized and selected for dialogue.
Talking about this year's dialogue program, Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union Tran Thi Thu said that the dialogue session is aimed at the young cadres and civil servants, the core of the province's youth force. In recent times, this force of union members and youth has made many contributions to administrative reform. However, young people are always interested, concerned, and trying to find solutions to promote their role and position in administrative reform, contributing to the socio-economic development of the province.
