According to Ms. Phan Thi Yen - Secretary of Tuy Phuoc Bac Commune Youth Union, the commune has many national relics, scenic spots, and traditional baking professions that have become the local "culinary brand". Since the beginning of August 2025, the Commune Youth Union Executive Committee has come up with the idea of creating video clips to promote the potential and strengths of the locality.

“The advantage of union members and youth is that they are quick in information technology, have program hosting skills and are creative. Therefore, the Commune Union has maximized this strength in making video clips promoting the image of Tuy Phuoc Bac, to introduce destinations and attract tourists inside and outside the province” - Ms. Yen shared.

Although they are not professionals in video editing, with enthusiasm, the young people have found ways to overcome difficulties, focusing on investing in content and being creative in expression.

Host, narrator, cameraman and video editor. Thanks to this harmonious coordination, famous landscapes and historical sites are vividly recreated through a youthful and familiar perspective.

During the process of making the video clip, the Commune Delegation discussed and interviewed people knowledgeable about history and those who have been associated with the relic for many years to get more useful and authentic information.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Hieu - Deputy Secretary of Tuy Phuoc Bac Commune Youth Union - expressed: "When directly participating in learning, filming, and making video clips, we also learned a lot of interesting knowledge, became more proud of our hometown and had more motivation to convey those values to everyone."

Each video clip produced by the Commune Union is 4 to 8 minutes long. To have a complete product, the production team spends 1-2 days filming, then 1 more day editing and recording commentary. All products are posted regularly every Sunday on the Tuy Phuoc Bac Union Facebook page.

“Because these are video clips promoting culture and tourism , the footage must be beautiful and the information must be accurate for viewers to accept it,” Ms. Yen emphasized.

The first video clip posted on August 10 is about Ba Pagoda - Nuoc Man Port, 7 minutes and 12 seconds long, not only recreating the space, introducing the history of the pagoda's formation but also including the vivid stories of local people, about the Nuoc Man Urban Festival held here. This video clip has received over 11,000 views and hundreds of likes, comments and shares from everyone.

The latest video clip was posted by the Commune Youth Union on September 14, introducing the traditional rice paper making profession in Giang Bac village. The Commune Youth Union went to Mrs. Truong Thi No's workshop to record the entire rice paper making process. Notably, under Mrs. No's guidance, the young people also directly experienced the rice paper making process.

Mrs. No excitedly said: “Seeing young people enthusiastically promoting the culture and cuisine of their homeland, I am very happy and wholeheartedly support. I hope many people will understand more about the unique cuisine of Tuy Phuoc Bac land.”

Currently, the Commune Youth Union has posted 5 video clips promoting Tuy Phuoc Bac homeland. After posting, the Commune Youth Union encouraged the Youth Union members to actively share to increase interaction and spread strongly. Many positive comments from the online community have become the motivation for the Commune Youth Union to continue implementing this meaningful program.

In the video clip about Banh It tower, a Facebook account commented: “Filmed a video of my hometown’s Banh It tower to promote creative tourism. Need to add English subtitles, make a video clip about bamboo and rattan products production”. Immediately after that, the Commune Youth Union accepted and added English subtitles to each video clip, expanding the audience.

Ms. Phan Thi Yen said: "In the coming time, we will try to make more quality and meaningful video clips with our love for the land we live in. Luckily, we received the attention and direction of the Party Committee and People's Committee leaders, the support from the relic management board, the people and the companionship of the Youth Union."

Making the video clip shows the initiative, creativity and enthusiasm of the Youth Union members. The young people have become a bridge to introduce the unique features of Tuy Phuoc Bac land and people to tourists inside and outside the province. Hopefully, from this meaningful program, the locality will attract more tourists to visit and experience.
