Forest cover rate of Dak Lak province is 41.32%

According to updated data from the Forestry Department, after administrative unit arrangement, the forested area of ​​Dak Lak province is currently nearly 780,775 hectares.

Specifically, natural forest area: nearly 537,320 hectares, planted forest: more than 210,367 hectares, newly planted forest not yet established: nearly 33,088 hectares. Forest cover rate 41.32%.

In the period 2020 - 2024, the area of ​​newly planted forests will reach an average of 300 - 500 hectares/year, and the area of ​​protected and regenerated forests will reach 500 hectares/year.
