The People's Committee of Ha Tinh province has just approved a plan to recruit 279 teachers to meet teaching and learning needs for the 2025-2026 school year and the following years, while also addressing the shortage of teachers at all levels.
Recruitment quotas are allocated to all levels of education including preschool, primary, secondary, high school and vocational education and continuing education centers (VET-GDTX).
Specifically, high school level recruits 7 teachers, including 1 quota to implement Decree 179/2024/ND-CP of the Government on policies to attract talented people to work in Party, State agencies and socio-political organizations; Vocational Education and Continuing Education Center recruits 4 quotas.

Preschool, primary and secondary schools recruit a total of 268 students, of which 36 are for preschool, 180 are for primary school and 52 are for secondary school.
To solve the problem of local teacher surplus and shortage between subjects and localities, the Department of Education and Training of Ha Tinh province has advised the Provincial People's Committee to dispatch 58 teachers to schools in need.
Recruitment is carried out on the principle of giving priority to schools that are lacking teachers and have not met the prescribed standards. Specifically, for preschool level, there are less than 2 teachers/class, primary level is less than 1.42 teachers/class and must ensure that each class has at least 1 cultural teacher. At secondary level, recruitment is concentrated in localities with high shortages, ensuring balance between regions.
The new point in the 2025 recruitment is the implementation of recruitment according to specific school addresses. This method helps to increase the staffing for schools in remote and isolated areas, while ensuring the stability and longevity of the teaching staff.
