GD&TĐ - Plan to pilot a cooperation model between the State, schools and businesses to build a smart national education platform.

The National Assembly's draft Resolution on a number of specific mechanisms and policies to make breakthroughs in education and training development puts forward a group of policies on digital transformation, science and technology development and innovation in education.

This group of policies aims to meet the requirements of the National Digital Transformation Program and the inevitable development trend of world education, overcoming the situation of digital infrastructure and application platforms in the industry being fragmented, lacking synchronization, and not yet effective. Specifically as follows:

Piloting a cooperation model between the State, schools and businesses to build a smart national education platform, serving the management of educational institutions, innovating teaching and learning methods, testing and assessment, ensuring compliance with Vietnamese language, culture and laws.

At the same time, build a cooperation mechanism between the State, schools and businesses to invest in developing shared laboratories, enhance training, scientific research and technology transfer, prioritizing strategic technology fields.

Develop the national education and human resources information system, ensure connection and communication with the labor market and employment information system and integrate data on science, technology and innovation of educational institutions, serve the assessment and forecast of human resource supply and demand, improve management and operation efficiency and quality of education and training.

On attracting experts and scientists: Piloting the use of state budget funds to attract highly qualified experts and scientists from abroad to participate in research and development of strategic technologies at higher education institutions.

Regarding the pilot digital university education model: The policy helps optimize resources, allowing universities to connect and share digital learning materials, teaching staff, and virtual laboratories, thereby creating a connected, efficient, and more accessible university education ecosystem.
