Cay Bridge at km8+630 on Provincial Road 394 connecting Long Xuyen Commune (Binh Giang) and Cam Dong Commune (Cam Giang) has a bridge surface width of 4 m, was built a long time ago, and is now degraded. Both ends of the bridge have signs restricting load capacity (allowable operating load capacity is up to 19 tons for monocoque vehicles, 31 tons for trailers and 39 tons for monocoque vehicles pulling trailers). At the same time, vehicles with a load capacity of 7 tons or more are restricted from crossing the bridge during rush hours (6:30 - 7:30; 16:30 - 18:00).
