The University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Ho Chi Minh City has just requested 266 candidates to provide proof of IELTS and SAT certificates to send to the school. These are candidates who have submitted their certificates on the Ministry of Education and Training system but have not yet sent them to the school.
This raises the question of why it must be sent back to the school even though it has been submitted to the Ministry?

Speaking with Dan Tri reporter, Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Ngoc Khoi, Head of the school's training department, said that when candidates submitted their certificates on the common system, there was a situation where the information was unclear, incomplete, difficult to verify, and even certificates that did not meet the requirements were submitted.
After receiving information from the Ministry, the school reviewed and made a list of 266 candidates who needed to provide information to authenticate international certificates.
To ensure fairness and transparency, the school requires candidates to provide information for the school to authenticate certificates in one of the following three forms:
Submit a certified copy of the international certificate directly to the school; Submit a certified copy of the international certificate by post (express delivery, priority) or provide the candidate's account information and login information when taking the IELTS/TOEFL BT/SAT certificate exam at https://forms.office.com/r/W3f8ZdBCpP?origin=lprLink
The school notes that in case of submitting by post, candidates must send early and ensure the school receives the documents before 5:00 p.m. on August 4. The school will not process applications received after this time.
In the list of 266 candidates provided by the school, the majority were IELTS candidates, many of whom achieved 8.0.
