Vinhomes Green Paradise has a scale of 2,870 hectares stretching 12 km of coastline, started on April 19, and is in the urgent construction phase. The project is oriented to become an ESG++ super city, applying the Environmental - Social - Governance sustainable development model advised by Boston Consulting Group.

The urban area is located in Long Hoa commune and Can Thanh town. Right behind the project is the Can Gio World Biosphere Reserve, with more than 75,000 hectares of mangrove forest recognized by UNESCO, facing the East Sea. The project includes a 108-storey tower, the Blue Wave Theatre with the most unique architecture in the world, spread over an area of 7 hectares, consulted by the famous design consulting company Gensler, the 443-hectare Paradise Lagoon lake with two 18-hole golf courses, a marina, a 122-hectare entertainment complex consulted by the world's leading entertainment game designers with a Festival Theme Park and a renewable energy infrastructure system from offshore wind power.
Infrastructure connecting to the project has been heavily invested and implemented synchronously. In particular, Can Gio bridge, 3.9 km long with a total capital of nearly 11,000 billion VND, will replace Binh Khanh ferry, shortening travel time from the center of Ho Chi Minh City to Can Gio to 35 - 45 minutes. The project is expected to start construction in 2026 and be completed before 2030.
In addition, the Ho Chi Minh City - Can Gio elevated train line, nearly 49 km long with a total investment of about 4 billion USD, is being sponsored by Vingroup for research, helping to shorten the travel time from Phu My Hung urban area to the project to 16 minutes. In addition, the Ben Luc - Long Thanh expressway passing through Can Gio continues to enhance the regional connectivity between the West and Southeast regions.

The project offers a diverse portfolio of products such as townhouses, commercial townhouses, Paradise Lagoon villas, mini hotels and high-rise apartments. The "all-in-one" utility system includes Cleveland Clinic Hospital, Vinschool International School, Michelin restaurant chain and entertainment areas planned according to international standards. The project aims to welcome about 230,000 residents and millions of tourists each year, while creating tens of thousands of jobs for local workers.

The project is also one of the first urban areas in Vietnam, aiming for BREEAM Communities standards for sustainable planning and ISO 37122 for smart cities.
