World leaders express condolences over damage caused by storm No. 10

VTV.vn - Leaders of many countries have sent their condolences for the damage caused by storm Bualoi (storm number 10) to people in the northern and central provinces of Vietnam.

Many places are deeply flooded due to the effects of storm number 10.

Upon hearing that Typhoon Bualoi (Storm No. 10) caused heavy damage to people, property and crops in the northern and central provinces of Vietnam, Lao Prime Minister Sonexay Siphandone sent a telegram of condolences to Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh , expressing his deep condolences to the Prime Minister.

Through Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, Lao Prime Minister Sonexay Siphandone sent his condolences to the Party, Government and people of Vietnam, especially the families of the affected victims; affirming that Laos, in any circumstances, will always stand by the Party, Government and people of Vietnam.

Lao Prime Minister Sonexay Siphandone believes that under the leadership of the Party and the close attention of the Vietnamese Government , ministries and branches from the central to local levels, the Vietnamese people will overcome all difficulties and the lives of people and areas affected by natural disasters will soon stabilize.

First Secretary of the Communist Party of Cuba and President of Cuba Miguel Díaz-Canel sent a message of condolences to the people of Vietnam. President of Nicaragua Daniel Ortega Saavedra and Co-President Rosario Murillo sent letters of condolences to General Secretary To Lam and President Luong Cuong.

General Secretary of the Dominican Left Movement (MIU) Miguel Mejía sent a letter of condolences to the Communist Party of Vietnam and General Secretary To Lam.
