Accordingly, for customers without physical insurance, VinFast and its dealers and service workshops will support up to 40% of spare part replacement costs, of which 30% is fixed from VinFast and 10% will be considered for additional support by dealers based on the actual situation.
For customers with physical insurance, VinFast will support payment of insurance deductibles worth VND500,000/incident. VinFast will also coordinate with insurance companies to help car owners quickly complete procedures, shortening the application review process.
VinFast will mobilize personnel from other localities to support or coordinate vehicles to less affected service workshops, thereby contributing to shortening vehicle repair time for customers. VinFast aims to complete repairs for all vehicles affected by storms and floods by October 31, 2025.
