Under the agreement, Vietmap will provide special incentive packages for the Vietmap Live map product - a popular and reliable navigation application - for VinFast electric car owners. Vietmap Live is expected to be provided by VinFast to users in optional software packages purchased separately in the near future. At the same time, VinFast will support Vietmap to introduce products, services and reach out more effectively to the growing community of electric car users in Vietnam.
In the long term, through strategic cooperation , the two sides will jointly research and develop a detailed and in-depth digital map system, optimized for Vietnam's traffic infrastructure, especially national highways and large urban areas developed by Vinhomes. The two sides will also jointly develop advanced map features such as navigation support, driver assistance systems (ADAS), real-time positioning and location-based services (Location-Based Services - LBS), thereby optimizing the ability to integrate the Vietmap map system into the VinFast vehicle operating system and related software platforms. This combination promises to bring optimal performance and experience to users.
