'Dentist assaults customer' case: Request for professional and ethical assessment

The Department of Medical Examination and Treatment Management ( Ministry of Health ) has just sent an official dispatch requesting the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Health to verify and report to clarify the content of the incident of a medical staff assaulting a patient that occurred at Tuyet Chinh Dental Clinic located on Tran Thi Nghi Street, Hanh Thong Ward.

At the same time, urgently organize inspections of medical examination and treatment activities and evaluate the professional attitude and ethics of medical staff at the above facility.

In case of any violation of professional expertise and ethics, the Department of Health is requested to handle it strictly and send a written report to the Ministry of Health through the Department of Medical Examination and Treatment Management before September 15.

Previously, the Department of Medical Examination and Treatment Management received information related to the incident of a medical staff assaulting a patient at Tuyet Chinh Dental Clinic, located on Tran Thi Nghi Street, Hanh Thong Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.

According to information circulating on social networks on the evening of September 7, many clips recorded an incident in which a woman wearing a blouse acted extremely aggressively, beating a man, assaulting him, threatening him with a weapon, and breaking another woman's phone.

According to the clip, a female customer was sitting in the clinic when she got into an argument with a woman wearing a white blouse, believed to be a dentist and the clinic owner.

While the argument was going on, the customer was using his phone to film when the man in the blouse held a stick to his face, pulled him down, choked him, and threw his phone to the ground.

Seeing this, a man rushed in to stop him but was hit in the face by the woman in the blouse. After that, the woman in the blouse continued to throw a series of objects and fruits at the guest.
