Bac Binh commune strengthens great solidarity, towards comprehensive development

Comrade H'Vi E Ban, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Lam Dong province, Chairman of the Women's Union of Lam Dong province attended and directed the Congress.

Attending the Congress were comrade H'Vi E Ban, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, Chairman of the Lam Dong Provincial Women's Union and more than 200 delegates representing all walks of life in the commune.

During the past term, the Fatherland Front of Bac Binh commune has innovated its content and methods of operation, focusing on the grassroots. The work of propagating and mobilizing people to implement the Party's guidelines and the State's policies and laws has achieved remarkable results.

Patriotic emulation movements and campaigns were comprehensively implemented, in which the most prominent was the Campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas". Every year, over 95% of households are recognized as cultural families; the whole commune has 16/16 villages achieving the title of "cultural village".

The Fatherland Front of Bac Binh commune has mobilized more than 385 million VND from the “For the Poor” Fund, supporting the construction of 23 houses for poor, near-poor and disadvantaged households with a budget of 990 million VND. Participation in Party and government building, supervision and social criticism has been focused on. Many self-management models have been effective such as environmental protection, climate change response, “Security Light”, “Security Camera”, contributing to maintaining security and order and building a bright - green - clean - beautiful landscape.

Speaking at the Congress, Comrade H'Vi E Ban, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, acknowledged and commended the achievements of the Bac Binh Commune Front. He suggested that in the 2025 - 2030 term, the Commune Fatherland Front should proactively build an organization according to a new model, coordinate synchronously with the Party Committee and member organizations; focus on propaganda, mobilization, and gathering the people; improve the quality of supervision, social criticism, and participate in building the Party and the political system. At the same time, continue to promote emulation movements and campaigns associated with life, so that all people can participate, contribute and enjoy the results.

The Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee expressed his belief that the Bac Binh Commune Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee will continue to promote the spirit of dynamism, creativity, and strong innovation, operate more practically and effectively, and make worthy contributions to the common development of the locality and the province.

With the spirit of "Solidarity - Democracy - Innovation - Development", the Congress of the Fatherland Front of Bac Binh commune for the 2025 - 2030 term has set out 10 main targets and 6 key tasks. Notably: each village annually builds 1 - 2 works or tasks associated with the "Bright, green, clean, beautiful" movement; 100% of villages establish 1 - 2 self-governing groups or teams in the community; mobilize the "For the poor" Fund to achieve the planned target; during the term, support the construction and repair of 4 - 5 Great Unity houses or more for poor, near-poor households and families in difficult circumstances.

The Congress elected the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Bac Binh commune for the 2025-2030 term, consisting of 55 members (6 vacancies). The Standing Committee elected by consultation includes 1 chairman and 4 vice chairmen. Ms. Tao Thi Mong Quyen was trusted to hold the position of Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Bac Binh commune for the 2025-2030 term.

The Congress also consulted to elect 2 official delegates and 1 alternate delegate to attend the 1st Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Lam Dong province, term 2025 - 2030.
