Dak Lieng Commune commends 57 advanced models in the period 2020

Dak Lieng commune was established on the basis of merging the entire natural area and population of Buon Tria, Buon Triet and Dak Lieng communes (old). With a natural land area of 135.55 km2, a population of 22,881 people, of which ethnic minorities account for 37.23%.

In the period of 2020 - 2025, the People's Committee of the commune has paid attention to directing, organizing propaganda, launching and implementing patriotic emulation movements associated with the implementation of political tasks of agencies, units and localities. The emulation movement to successfully carry out the tasks of socio-economic development and ensuring national defense and security every year has been widely deployed to each agency, unit and locality and has been actively responded to and participated in by collectives, individuals and workers.

Notable movements include good agricultural, forestry and fishery production movements; good management and creative labor movements; good teaching and learning movements; and movements to build a strong Party, government and mass organizations, which have been maintained regularly every year and have attracted the participation of farmers, workers, cadres, civil servants, intellectuals and laborers.

At the conference, the People's Committee of Dak Lieng commune launched the Patriotic Emulation Movement for the period 2025 - 2030, with a number of specific targets: The average annual growth rate of total state budget revenue in the area is from 10% or more; strive for the average income per capita in the area by 2030 compared to 2025 to increase by 17.5% (54 million VND/person/year); the rate of poor households according to multidimensional poverty standards by 2030 is under 15%; the rate of schools meeting national standards by 2030 will reach 91%, by 2030, 10/11 schools will meet national standards...

To successfully implement the set goals, in the period of 2025 - 2030, Dak Lieng commune focuses on innovating the content and form of emulation, associated with political tasks, suitable for each subject and each locality; taking actual effectiveness as a measure. Launching emulation to complete and over-complete assigned tasks in each field associated with key tasks in implementing Resolution No. 57 NQ/TW dated December 22, 2024 of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science, technology, innovation and national digital transformation. Focus on building and developing economic models with local strengths (in which each village and hamlet needs to identify the advantages and strengths of their unit to select and build economic development models, OCCOP products, etc.)

On this occasion, the People's Committee of Dak Lieng commune commended and rewarded 11 collectives and 46 individuals with outstanding achievements in the Patriotic Emulation Movement for the period 2020 - 2025; elected 3 official delegates to attend the 1st Patriotic Emulation Congress of Dak Lak province in 2025.
