Phu Xuan Commune commends 13 advanced models in the period 2020

Over the past 5 years, patriotic emulation movements have been deployed synchronously and widely in the commune in the following fields: economy - culture - society, new rural construction, maintaining national defense - security, administrative reform, building the political system... Many good and creative models and practices have been implemented, bringing practical results. The commune's economy has developed quite well, with the total production value estimated at 952.81 billion VND; average income per capita reaching 42 million VND/person; total mobilized investment capital reaching 903.1 billion VND.

Party Secretary, Chairwoman of the People's Council of Nong Thi Thu commune and Deputy Party Secretary, Chairman of the People's Committee of Phan Tien Thanh commune awarded Certificates of Merit to individuals with outstanding achievements.

The school system has been invested in and increasingly developed, the quality of education has been gradually improved. The whole commune has 14 schools, 182 classrooms, 381 teachers, administrators, and 5,414 students. Every year, the average rate of students attending school at 3 levels is 100%, with 7 schools meeting national standards at level 1.

People's health care is focused on, the commune has 4 medical stations, 30 doctors, medical staff; on average, annually, about 56,700 patients are examined and treated; the rate of children under 1 year old fully vaccinated is 95%; the health insurance coverage rate is 92.6%.

The movement "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas" associated with the construction of new rural areas has been effective, maintained and developed extensively; the rate of families recognized as cultural families reached 89.4%, the rate of villages achieving cultural titles was 94.1%; the rate of agencies and schools achieving cultural titles was 98%.

The emulation movement "The whole country joins hands to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses" has completed and handed over 19/27 houses in 2025.

In the past 5 years, Phu Xuan commune has had 190 individuals, 4 collectives and 4 grassroots emulation fighters awarded Certificates of Merit at the provincial level; 132 collectives, 470 individuals and 115 grassroots emulation fighters awarded Certificates of Merit at the district and commune levels.

At the conference, outstanding individuals presented papers, shared experiences and typical models such as: the implementation of the Campaign "Youth join hands to build new countryside", the effectiveness of building agricultural production models...

In the period of 2025 - 2030, the commune strives to have at least 90% of units, 80% of cadres, civil servants and 50% of families register to participate in the movement every year; each year there are at least 3 - 5 collectives, 10 - 15 individuals who are typical in the fields (economy, culture, security and order...) to be commended and rewarded by all levels; improve the level of satisfaction of residents with emulation and reward activities to over 85%.

At the conference, the People's Committee of Phu Xuan commune awarded Certificates of Merit to 13 individuals with outstanding achievements in implementing the patriotic emulation movement, period 2020 - 2025.
