In the remaining match,SHB Da Nang and SLNA drew 0-0. At the end of the group stage of the national U21 tournament, SHB Da Nang ranked first in the group. PVF-CAND and SLNA both had 4 points, but PVF-CAND ranked second due to a better head-to-head record. With the 2 first and second places, SHB Da Nang and PVF-CAND won 2 tickets from group A to the quarterfinals.

Ranked third with 4 points, SLNA has also secured 1 of 2 tickets for the third-placed team with the best record because the two teams in group C, Dong Thap and Dak Lak, currently have no points after 2 matches.
