1,200 billion VND invested in FPT Plaza 3 apartment building with more than 800 apartments

DNO - On February 24, atFPT Danang Technology Urban Area, FPT Danang Urban Joint Stock Company (FPT city) held a groundbreaking ceremony for the FPT Plaza 3 apartment building with a total investment of VND 1,200 billion with 25 floors above ground, 2 basements, and more than 800 apartments to serve the living and working needs of FPT Corporation's staff and employees in particular as well as residents in the area in general.

Speaking at the ceremony, Standing Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Ho Ky Minh highly appreciated the operating results of FPT Urban Danang Joint Stock Company in 2023 with a contribution of nearly 250 billion VND (all types of taxes) to the city budget.

FPT Danang Technology Urban Area is also the workplace and residence of nearly 10,000 IT experts and engineers in the Central region and the whole country...

That shows that FPT Group's projects have been contributing to realizing the policies of the City Party Committee and People's Committee on building Da Nang city into a city with strong development of high-tech industry and information technology, associated with building a creative startup city and a smart city.

At the same time, create a foundation to promote the development of new industries and fields, especially digital economy , digital society, digital government and most recently, the development of the semiconductor microchip field according to the policy of the Da Nang City Party Committee.

The construction of FPT Plaza 3 apartment building with a total investment of 1,200 billion VND will continue to contribute to completing the urban infrastructure, creating more living and working opportunities for people in the city and other localities.

This project also affirms the companionship, connection and sustainable development of FPT Danang Urban Joint Stock Company and FPT Group for the general development of Ngu Hanh Son district in particular and Da Nang city in general.

Standing Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Ho Ky Minh requested departments, branches, sectors, and the People's Committee of Ngu Hanh Son district to continue to uphold their responsibility in handling administrative procedures, regularly coordinate closely, and create all favorable conditions for investors to implement the project on schedule, soon complete the project, and put it into effective exploitation and use.

At the same time, FPT Danang Urban Joint Stock Company and FPT Corporation continue to research, survey and invest in other important projects, contributing to promoting the city's socio-economic development in the coming time.

Currently, FPT Da Nang Technology Urban Area is an area that concentrates technology companies (FPT Software), telecommunications (FPT Telecom), it is also the workplace and residence of nearly 10,000 IT experts and engineers in the Central region and the whole country. In addition, there is a high-quality inter-level education system from primary to university, with nearly 10,000 students and nearly 1,000 human resources serving education.

From 2022 to 2023, FPT Urban Joint Stock Company completed construction and put into use two apartment buildings, FPT Plaza 1 and FPT Plaza 2 (with nearly 1,300 apartments).

FPT Plaza 3 apartment building project (25 floors above ground and 2 basements with more than 800 apartments) is designed with many amenities and services, promising to bring residents a convenient and comfortable living space.
