35 K'Ho, Ma, M'Nong ethnic artisans participate in the Vietnam Ethnic Culture Festival

For 3 days from December 14 to 16, in Dong Ha city, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism coordinated with the People's Committee of Quang Tri province to organize the Cultural Festival of Vietnamese Ethnic Groups.

With the theme "Preserving and promoting the cultural identity of Vietnamese ethnic groups with equality, solidarity, respect, integration and development for a peaceful world", the festival aims to honor the good traditional cultural values, preserve and promote the cultural identity of Vietnamese ethnic minorities in the unified and diverse culture of the community of 54 ethnic groups.

Participating in the Festival are 16 artisan groups from 16 provinces and cities: Bac Giang, Da Nang, Dak Lak, Dak Nong, Lam Dong, Lang Son, Nghe An, Quang Binh, Quang Nam, Quang Ngai, Gia Lai, Son La, Thanh Hoa, Thua Thien Hue, Vinh Phuc and Quang Tri.

The Lam Dong delegation alone has 35 artisans representing the Ma - Bao Lam and K'Ho ethnic groups of the two districts of Lac Duong and Di Linh, and the M'Nong - Dam Rong ethnic groups, who contributed their unique cultural beauty, making the Festival more diverse and colorful.

From there, cultural achievements created through many generations are continued, nurtured, and increasingly deepened and enriched.

The festival is also a testament to the spirit of great solidarity, indomitable will, and aspiration to rise of the ethnic groups, creating a premise and solid foundation for the ethnic people to turn cultural values ​​into endogenous strength, constantly striving further in the new era - the era of rising of the Vietnamese people.
