80 contestants of the Miss Global 2023 beauty pageant come to Vietnam

80 beauties from many different countries around the world will have about a week of exciting activities before entering the semi-final night taking place in Phu Quoc.

As the person responsible for the Miss Global 2023 Activity Week in Vietnam, Ha Anh and her team spent about 6 months planning to design many interesting experiences for the candidates.

As soon as they arrived in Vietnam, the beauties participated in Welcome party activities, swimsuit photo shoots, Fashion Show with designer Nguyen Minh Tuan...

Despite being 5 months pregnant, Ha Anh still radiated her beauty in a striking pink-gray dress that hugged her bulging belly. While beaming at the international contestants, she directed the crew to prepare rooms for the 80 contestants.

Ha Anh shared that she received an invitation to be the Production Director for the Miss Global 2023 Activity Week in Vietnam a year ago and over the past 6 months, she and her team have gone through many meetings with domestic and international partners to finalize the schedule for 80 contestants for more than 10 days in Vietnam.

With the aim of promoting the natural beauty and people of Vietnam to international friends through Miss Global, Ha Anh and her team have designed a suitable schedule. After the activities at The Grand Ho Tram, 80 contestants will travel to Nha Trang to do charity work; return to Ho Chi Minh City to take photos, visit some cultural sites, and enjoy traditional cuisine .

Ha Anh takes on the role of Production Director for Miss Global 2023 Activity Week in Vietnam

On January 10, Miss Global 2023 contestants will arrive in Phu Quoc to practice and prepare for the semi-final night. The final round of the contest will take place on January 18 in Cambodia.

“Bringing 80 girls to Vietnam is not a simple procedure. Moreover, I have to calculate every smallest detail such as taking care of the 80 contestants, arranging comfortable accommodation, helping them to be happy during their journey in Vietnam. Even the contestants' eating preferences, any food allergies, etc. are noted by me and the crew to have a backup plan,” Ha Anh said.

Not only taking on the role of Production Director of the Miss Global 2023 Activity Week in Vietnam, the supermodel is also one of the official judges of the contest. She sat in the hot seat of this playground for two consecutive years 2015 and 2016 alongside famous international judges.

“I have been involved with Miss Global for a long time, so I have a lot of experience and understand the criteria for selecting the new beauty queen. Being able to accompany 80 girls during the 10 days of activities in Vietnam will help me carefully observe each contestant to make the most accurate assessment,” she confidently said.

Vietnam's representative to participate in Miss Global 2023 is Doan Thu Thuy. Having won the highest title of another beauty contest, Doan Thu Thuy received the expectations of the audience. She herself also shared that she only has 21 days to prepare for Miss Global 2023 but will be determined to the end, wishing to introduce to international friends the image of a beautiful Vietnam, rich in cultural identity as well as the beauty - temperament - bravery of Vietnamese women.

The semi-finals of Miss Global 2023 will be held on January 13 in Phu Quoc. In addition to the presence of the Top 5 Miss Global 2022, the semi-final night will also feature singer Isaac, singer Myra Tran and singer Giana.
