81 plots of land in the suburbs of Hanoi are about to be auctioned, starting at nearly 11 million VND/m2

(Dan Tri) - 81 plots of land in Phuc Tho and Thanh Oai districts and Son Tay town are about to be auctioned.

Lac Viet Joint Stock Auction Company has just announced the auction of land use rights for a plot of land in Huong Nam area, Xuan Phu commune (now Xuan Dinh commune); 12 plots of land in TT7, TT9, TT10 Dong Phuong area, Tho Loc commune (now Tich Loc commune); 7 plots of land in Doc Tranh area, Trach My Loc commune (phase 2), Phuc Tho district ( Hanoi city).

The plots of land range in size from 68m2 to 196m2/plot with starting prices of 19-25 million VND/m2, equivalent to 1.35 billion VND to 4.92 billion VND/lot. The deposit for the plots is 270-984 million VND.

The auction form and method is by direct secret ballot at the auction using the ascending price method. The auction will be held on February 24 at the hall of the Cultural, Information and Sports Center of Phuc Tho district.

Seven rural land plots with long-term use in Xuan Son Resettlement Area and Dong Lang Resettlement Area, Son Tay town (Hanoi) are also about to be auctioned.

The plots of land have an area of ​​300m2/plot with a starting price of 4.3 billion VND/plot. The auction form and method is by direct voting at the auction with the ascending price method. Auction time is March 7.

Previously, Thanh Oai district (Hanoi city) also announced the auction of land use rights for 54 plots of land in Ngo Ba area, Thanh Than village, Thanh Cao commune.

The total area of ​​54 plots of land is 4,405m2. The plots range in size from 60m2 to 85m2. The starting price ranges from 10.9 million VND to 16.3 million VND/m2. Accordingly, the starting price of the plots of land ranges from over 656 million VND to over 1.3 billion VND. The deposit is 130-265 million VND/plot.

The format is a group auction of land plots by direct secret ballot in one round, according to the ascending price method. The auction is expected to start from the morning of March 1 at Thanh Oai district gymnasium.
