At the invitation of the Vietnamese Ministry of National Defense, the Lao People's Army, the Royal Cambodian Army, the Chinese People's Liberation Army and the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation sent outstanding officers and soldiers to Vietnam to participate in the parade and march to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day on September 2.
