NDO - On the morning of December 14, in Hanoi, on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam People's Army (December 22, 1944 - December 22, 2024) and the 35th anniversary of the National Defense Day (December 22, 1989 - December 22, 2024), the Ministry of National Defense chaired and coordinated with the Central Propaganda Department, the Ministry of Public Security and Cao Bang province to organize a national scientific conference with the theme: "Vietnam People's Army - Heroic tradition, glorious career, core force in building a strong national defense". President Luong Cuong attended and delivered a speech at the conference.
