Propaganda work and conditions to ensure service for the Party Congress were also directed by the commune to be implemented seriously and thoughtfully.

Bac Binh commune was established on the basis of arranging the entire natural area and population size of the communes: Phan Hiep, Phan Hoa, Phan Ri Thanh and Cho Lau town, with a natural area of nearly 149 km2 and a population of more than 51,000 people.

This is a commune with a large population of ethnic minorities, especially Cham people (accounting for 38% of the total population of the commune).

After the merger, in the new development space, local people expect that the policies implemented in the new term will create a breakthrough to promote the local economy and society.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Mai, a resident of Bac Binh commune, hopes: “This is the first congress of the commune after the merger.
