In anticipation of the dangerous flood situation, from the evening of September 28 and the morning of September 29, An Lac Kindergarten allowed 189 students to stay home from school. Similarly, An Lac Primary School, Ethnic Boarding School and Secondary School have notified parents to keep students in areas isolated by floods at home to prevent natural disasters.

When it rains heavily, the floods on rivers and streams rise and flow rapidly, so students in isolated areas cannot go to school. Currently, only students in Rong village who are not separated by rivers, streams, or overflows still go to school. The school still organizes normal classes for these students at the remote location of Rong village.
Other villages in An Lac commune such as Thac, Thia - Tu Nim, Thanh Tra, Lanh, Na O, Na Trang also experienced localized flooding in some low-lying areas.

The local authorities have placed warning signs prohibiting people from passing through this area. At the same time, they have checked areas at risk of landslides to inform people to be proactive and ready with evacuation plans if the weather continues to have heavy rain for a long time.
According to the Provincial Hydrometeorological Station, due to the influence of storm No. 10, from September 29 to 30, communes and wards in Bac Ninh province will continue to have rain, moderate rain, and some places will have heavy rain. Heavy rain will be concentrated during the day and night of September 29. From September 30, the rain will gradually decrease in volume. The total rainfall is forecast to be from 70-100mm/period; locally higher than 120mm/period.
