The Decision assigns the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and relevant ministries and branches within their authority to be responsible for: Implementing in accordance with the content and time limit prescribed in the Plan to reduce and simplify administrative procedures related to production and business activities approved by the Prime Minister in Article 1 of this Decision.

Amend, supplement, or abolish according to authority or submit to competent authorities to amend, supplement, or abolish regulations and administrative procedures in legal documents applying the form of one document amending many documents according to the shortened order and procedures according to legal regulations on the development and promulgation of legal documents to implement plans to reduce and simplify administrative procedures related to production and business activities approved by the Prime Minister in Article 1 of this Decision.

The Decision assigns the Government Office to monitor and urge the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and relevant ministries and agencies to implement this Decision; synthesize difficulties to promptly report to the Prime Minister for resolution in the process of implementing the Plan to reduce and simplify administrative procedures related to production and business activities approved by the Prime Minister in Article 1 of this Decision.
